SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

  • ONE Wellness accepts orders 24/7, ensuring convenience for customers.

  • Orders are processed in the order they are received, with expedited shipping orders  given priority.

  • All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in Miami, FL.

  • We offer shipping to all 50 U.S. states, following the standard shipping methods provided by USPS, UPS or Fedex.

  • Orders are usually shipped Monday through Friday. Please allow 24-48 business hours for processing & handling (including any other expedited services

  • Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed on the following Monday (or next business day if Monday is a holiday) and shipped within 2-6 days.

  • Order processing and shipping typically take 2-6 business days from the time of order placement and payment receipt.

  • Shipments are not processed on weekends or national holidays.

  • Expedited orders placed before 2:00 PM ET will be processed for delivery on the next business day, while those placed after 2:00 PM ET will be processed and shipped within the next 2 business days.

  • While we strive to deliver orders promptly, we cannot guarantee when an order will arrive, and consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by ONE Wellness as an estimate.

  • Once the order is handed over to the shipping provider, any shipping delays are beyond our control, and we cannot be held responsible for them.

  • Tracking information for each order is provided via email when address labels are generated, and you can visit the respective carriers’ websites for tracking

  • All shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Customs, Duties, and VAT (Value-added tax): Some countries will impose fees and taxes on shipments. These fees are not included in the shipping fee you pay at ONE Wellness and are additional fees charged by your country or carrier. These fees are the customers responsibility to pay as we have no control over what is charged.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

  • 100% money back guarantee on any unsealed item. If for any reason you are not happy with your selection, and the product is unopened, please return it to our facility for a 100% money back guarantee.

  • All requests for a refund or exchange must be made with the 30 day period you purchased our product,

  • We do not accept requests made after 30 day of purchase, and only accept unopened products.

  • If you have unsealed products, we kindly ask you to ship it back to us

  • Returning unsealed product:
    - Item is in its original condition and package is unopened.
    - Item is securely packed in package with the order number and original   packaging slip.

  • We issue all refunds to the original credit card used with the purchase. It may take up to 5 business days to see the refund reflected on your account statement
